Terms and Conditions

Konflict Records Ltd · Company no. 10419218 Last updated 28 July 2026

These terms apply to the purchase of tickets for, and attendance at, events organised by Konflict Records Ltd (“Konflict”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 10419218, registered office 163 Squirrels Heath Road, Romford, England, RM3 0NS. By buying a ticket or attending, you agree to these terms.

1Tickets

Tickets for our events are sold through our ticketing partner, DJ Tickets (DJ Mag). Your purchase is also subject to DJ Tickets’ own terms of sale. Tickets are released in stages (for example, first release, second release, final release) and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis until each allocation is sold out.

A ticket is a personal, revocable licence to attend the event and may be withdrawn, with a refund of its face value, at our reasonable discretion.

2Age and identification

Our events are strictly 18+ unless stated otherwise. You must bring valid photo ID (passport or driving licence). Entry may be refused if you cannot prove you are 18 or over, and no refund will be given in that case.

3Entry conditions

Admission is subject to the venue’s conditions of entry and to search on arrival. For your security and privacy, phones may be secured at the door and returned to you on exit. We and the venue reserve the right to refuse admission, or to remove any person, for reasons including intoxication, anti-social or threatening behaviour, or breach of these terms or the venue’s rules, without refund.

4Refunds and exchanges

Because a ticket is for a leisure event taking place on a specific date, you do not have the 14 day right to cancel that normally applies to things bought online. This is the exemption at regulation 28(1)(h) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. You will not benefit from a right to cancel once your purchase is complete.

Tickets are therefore non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except where required by law or where we say otherwise below. If an event is cancelled by us, you will be entitled to a refund of the face value of your ticket. Booking fees and payment processing fees may be non-refundable. Nothing in this section affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Tickets are sold for personal use. You may not resell a ticket, or offer one for resale, above the price you paid including fees. Tickets resold or advertised in breach of this term may be cancelled without refund. We are not responsible for tickets bought from unauthorised resellers, which may be void.

5Line-up and event changes

Line-ups, timings, and event details are subject to change. The advertised line-up is not a condition of sale, and changes to it are not grounds for a refund. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes to ticket holders.

6Your conduct

You must comply with the instructions of our staff and security and with the venue’s rules at all times. We may refuse entry to, or eject, anyone behaving in a way that is unsafe, illegal, or that interferes with other guests’ enjoyment, without refund.

7Photography and filming

Our events are photographed and filmed, and we use that material to promote Konflict and our future events. We do this on the basis of our legitimate interests in promoting our events, not on the basis of your consent, so you do not give up any rights by attending.

If you would rather not appear, tell a member of our staff or the photographer on the night, or email info@konflictrecords.com, and we will remove you from material we control. Our Privacy Policy explains this in more detail.

8Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered at an event except where caused by our negligence. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. You attend at your own risk and are responsible for your own belongings.

9Data protection

We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we use it. Please read it alongside these terms.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
